The customer will have a period of 5 days from receipt of the product to send SIGMA GLOBAL any claim in relation to the product or service supplied. The User will reliably communicate said revocation to SIGMA GLOBAL and will make the product available to it. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must make the product available to SIGMA GLOBAL directly in the store or business that supplies the product, without having used it and keeping it in the same state in which it was received. At that time, in accordance with the internal policies of each Affiliated store or business, it is possible to refund the consumer the total price paid to their card. If this reimbursement is made, it will be made in a maximum period of 60 days. After that period, the store or Affiliated Business may seek the best possible solution for consumer satisfaction, without this being mandatory for it.
For the cases of orders of perishable products, such as food, drinks, etc. the products after being delivered and the client withdrawing from the Merchant or Affiliated Store, returns will not be accepted for them. In cases of refund or cancellation, the customer accepts the policies and return of each store or business affiliated with MARKETPLACE SIGMA GLOBAL. THE MARKETPLACE SIGMA GLOBAL, will be in all the disposition to manage with the affiliated business any claim reported by the User. Payment Refund: (a) All refunds will be made through the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment, provided that such refund is processed within 60 days from the time the claim is submitted, ( b) We make no guarantees of any kind for the timeliness of any refunds that reach your account. Payment processing may take time and is subject to the internal processing times of the respective banks and/or payment providers. SIGMA GLOBAL is not the owner of the items offered, does not have possession of them or offer them for sale. SIGMA GLOBALdoes not intervene in the improvement of the operations carried out between the Users or in the conditions stipulated by them for them, therefore it will not be responsible for the existence, quality, quantity, condition, integrity or legitimacy of the goods offered, acquired or disposed of by the Users, as well as the capacity to contract of the Users or the veracity of the Personal Data entered by them. Each User knows and agrees to be solely responsible for the products and services that he publishes on the portal for sale and for the offers and / or purchases that he makes.
